MEET YOUR IMPACT PRO

The insight to see it.
The skill to solve it.
The personality to make it stick.

Your Impact Pro steps inside your business—studying the numbers, talking with your people, and uncovering the problems beneath the problems.

Then, we work alongside your team to build the systems, skills, and habits that solve them. We bring fresh energy to the work, help people rediscover what they're capable of, and leave your team with something they can own and repeat.

We don't replace your people. We reveal what they're capable of.

TRADITIONAL CONSULTINGAnalyze. Recommend. Leave.

A strategy is only as valuable as the team's ability to execute it.

THE IMPACT PRO MODELDiagnose. Embed. Build. Transfer.

We don't ask you to find a superstar and hope they work out. We help create the superstars—and the system around them.

Clear scope. Clear expectations.

Your proposal sets out the priorities, deliverables, timeline, fees, and engagement terms before work begins.

WHAT YOU TAKE AWAY

Practical improvements.
Tools your team can own.

Your proposal defines what is included. Depending on the challenge, your engagement may deliver:

A clear business diagnosis

A view of the underlying issues, informed by your numbers, conversations with your people, and observation of how work gets done.

A prioritized action plan

Agreed priorities, owners, milestones, and measures of progress that connect the work to the outcome you need.

Stronger leadership habits

Hands-on coaching and practical routines for communication, feedback, accountability, and team development.

Processes that work in practice

Clearer responsibilities, handoffs, and repeatable ways of working, tested alongside the people who use them.

Training and playbooks

Usable guides, tools, and training shaped around your business so knowledge stays with your team.

A plan to carry it forward

Documented ownership, a review rhythm, and a handover that helps leaders maintain the improvements after we leave.

A SAMPLE FIRST MONTH

Start moving it forward.

An illustrative start to a longer engagement. Your actual schedule depends on scope, access, and the needs of your business.

WEEK 03

Build and coach

Begin agreed improvements, coach the people involved, and test tools or routines in everyday work.

WEEK 04

Review early progress with leadership, adjust what needs work, and confirm ownership and priorities for the next stage.

BEFORE WE GET TO WORK

Your questions, answered.

Does an Impact Pro work on-site?

Our model is hands-on and embedded. On-site time, remote work, location, and any travel arrangements are agreed in your proposal based on what the work requires.

How does the Pro work with our leaders?

We work alongside your existing leadership and employees. At the start, we agree on a leadership contact, decision-making responsibilities, and a communication rhythm so the work has clear ownership.

How do you measure progress?

We agree on relevant measures and a starting baseline with you. Depending on scope, these may include sales performance, productivity, process consistency, customer experience, or employee engagement. We review progress and actions with your leadership throughout the engagement.

How are pricing and scope determined?

We begin by understanding the challenge, its business impact, and the outcome you want. Your proposal connects the fee to a defined scope, deliverables, timeline, and working arrangements, including any applicable travel costs.

How long does an engagement last?

Engagements can range from 1–6 months, depending on the work. A focused project and a broader transformation need different timelines. The duration, extension options, and cancellation terms are set out in your agreement.

What happens when the engagement ends?

Transfer is part of the work. We hand over the agreed tools and documentation, confirm who owns each improvement, and help leaders establish the routines to keep using them.

What if we do not know what the real problem is?

That is a useful place to start. Tell us what you are seeing, what you have tried, and what it is costing the business. We can discuss whether a diagnostic engagement is the right next step.

BUILT FOR AMBITIOUS COMPANIES

For companies with a gap too expensive to ignore.

  • Growth has outpaced your people or processes
  • The culture is holding back capable employees
  • Leadership can feel the problem but can't see its source
  • You need senior impact without another permanent executive salary

Based in Manitoba and serving businesses across Canada. Our embedded business consultants go wherever the work requires.

READY WHEN YOU ARE

Let's find the gap.
Then close it.

Start with a discovery conversation. We’ll discuss what you are seeing, what it is costing the business, and what a better outcome would look like.

  1. Send your inquiry. Share the challenge and the best way to reach you.
  2. We arrange a conversation. A member of PaypomCo will follow up to find a time and explore your priorities.
  3. Agree on the next step. Leave with a clearer view of fit and the information needed to scope a proposal. Sending an inquiry does not commit you to an engagement.

Tell us where you’re stuck to get started.
