Reigniting Teams. Building Performance That Lasts.
Tracey founded PaypomCo with a belief that businesses perform better when their people have the clarity, support, and confidence to do their best work. With years of consulting experience across manufacturing, retail, and infrastructure, she brings a practical understanding of how leadership, culture, and systems shape results. She has a proven ability to turn underperforming teams into energized, high-performing teams whose people take pride in their work and feel excited about what they do.
Bring teams back to life
Reconnect people with the purpose of their work and the part they play in the business. Tracey builds trust, creates shared momentum, and helps teams move from disengagement and inconsistent effort toward pride, ownership, and a drive to succeed together.
Develop leaders who make the difference
Work alongside leaders to strengthen how they communicate, coach, and hold the standard. Build the confidence and everyday leadership habits that help employees feel supported, understand expectations, and grow into stronger performers.
Find what is holding performance back
Look beyond the results to understand the conditions creating them. Connect what employees experience with how leaders lead and how work gets done—then address the gaps in clarity, capability, processes, and accountability that keep a team from reaching its potential.
Build systems the team can own
Turn scattered effort into clear, repeatable ways of working. Tracey combines practical tools, training, and leadership rhythms with hands-on coaching so stronger performance becomes part of the business's everyday culture—and leaders have the tools to sustain it.
“Great culture isn't an accident. It's a system people believe in.”

Why I built PaypomCo
In my years of consulting, the part I struggled with most was the goodbye. I could hand a business a binder full of tools, training programs, and recommendations for reorganizing the company—but I didn’t get to stay and help bring those changes to life. The binder had a plan. The people still had a Monday morning.
I wanted to meet the people who would lead the change, understand what they were up against, and work alongside them when the plan met real life. Because real life rarely reads the binder.
What I kept finding was that the leaders were smart, capable, and full of good ideas. They didn’t necessarily need me to tell them what to do. Often, they already knew. What they needed was help understanding why those ideas kept getting stuck: a confusing handoff, a process everyone worked around, an expectation nobody quite understood, or a culture where people had stopped believing things would change.
Sometimes you’re doing so much right, and there’s still a sneaky little snag holding everything up. It doesn’t always announce itself. Occasionally, it even comes with the very convincing explanation, “That’s just how we’ve always done it.”
That is why I built PaypomCo and brought together a team of highly effective, incredibly talented problem identifiers and solvers. People who can look at the numbers, listen to the team, connect the dots, and then roll up their sleeves with you.
And yes, there’s the whole “personality hire” thing—you know, the person who lifts morale, brings energy, and makes everyone’s day a little better. I’m a big fan. So I brought a team of them together. Your own rent-a-personality hire, if you will. Serious skills included. We can bring the good energy and still find the broken process.
Our Impact Pros step into your business to find where your plans are getting stuck and help you work through it. We build tools, coach, test improvements, and support your people through the awkward middle where change is happening but hasn’t become a habit yet.
Your leaders and employees are the ones leading that change. We work with them, make sure their voices shape the solution, and help them build the confidence and capability to carry it forward. You keep driving. We’re beside you, helping spot what’s slowing things down and supporting the work every step of the way.
That’s the company I wanted to build: truly collaborative consulting, with enough skill to solve the problem and enough personality to bring people with us. A business where people feel proud of their work, excited about what they can accomplish, and supported in building the lives they want.
And when we leave, the progress belongs to your team. The binder can stay too. It just won’t be doing all the heavy lifting.
